Bank Holiday Monday 3rd August,
10:30pm – 4.15pm
Light Lunch Included
95 Euros – 45 euros deposit and 50 euros to be paid on arrival.

This will be a day in the middle of summer to come along for a day of yoga and meditation.
This day will consist of 2 yoga sessions and lunch..

10.30-1pm Morning flow-
1-2.15pm Lunch that will be provided and teas
2.15-4.15pm Restorative Yoga practice.
