General Hatha Flow Yoga

General Flow Yoga and Mediation Class for all levels. This is a large airy space. Plenty of space for 2 meter distance between mats. This class has been running for a long time. We tend to flow gently through a sequence of postures and take time to meditate and drop into a recharging stillness at the end of practice.
