Celebrating Samhain. This is a major Gaelic festival celebrated from the evening of October 31st to November 1st. It marks the end of the harvest, the start of winter, and the Celtic New Year. As a cross-quarter day, it sits halfway between the autumn equinox and the winter solstic

Please join me for this day of celebration and connection to nature and the changing of the seasons.
All our Yoga will be aligned to this time of year to bring balance and harmony to body, mind and spirit.

This day will consist of 2 yoga sessions and lunch..

10.30-1pm Morning flow-
1-2.15pm Lunch that will be provided and teas
2.15-4.15pm Restorative Yoga practice.
