Take a little time out to replenish the energy levels and reconnect to the body and the seasons and tune into our Yoga and Meditation Practices more deeply to enjoy some Cosy Relaxation time at Creacon Lodge. We will gently cleanse and uplift and energise the body and bring calmness and steadiness to the mind through silent and guided meditations. This weekend will be a balance of Yin and Yang Yoga practices – meaning a balance of restful (Restorative) and energising practices (warming Hatha and Kundalini yoga) to bring balance to the body at this time of year. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas at Creacon Lodge to enjoy the warmer weather. All levels and abilities welcome!
